Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Only account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are securely attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
